DAILY RECIPE:Coconut Rice

1 1/2 cups rice
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
salt and pepper
1 garlic clove
oil
In a little oil sauteƩ finely chopped garlic clove and rice. Add chicken broth and coconut milk and stir well. Add salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, checking for tenderness.

TIP OF THE DAY

Remove stubborn grease from pans by filling them up with a little water and detergent. Place over low heat until bubbly: the grease will rinse right off!
