DAILY RECIPE: Yoghurt Parfait

1 large plain yoghurt
diced cantaloupe
sliced peach (fresh or frozen and thawed)
pineapple chunks
honey
granola

In a large parfait cup pour a thin layer of yoghurt. Add half of the mixed fruit. Add another thin layer of yoghurt and the rest of the fruit. Add yoghurt until cup is filled. Top with a drizzle of honey and sprinkle granola.
